We experience, listen, live, do and overcome challenges, … together. For whom?The course is open to everyone: ages, origins, languages, statuses and levels.
Yoga in solidarity!The story of Yadullah Mousawi, yoga instructor, is that of exile.From Afghanistan to France, it is full of trials, but also of learning and encounters. Students from all backgrounds come together, progress and above all create connections.
The best thing is to experience it, letting yourself be guided (more or less) gently by Yadullah towards his unique yoga challenges!
One of these changed his life by introducing yoga in 2020, like a second wind while surviving in the Moria refugee camp in Greece. For me, yoga is a space of equality where we don't care about your face, color, gender, language, status... It's one of the best ways I've found to connect people and move boundaries.
Sometimes exiled, asylum seeker, then now a political refugee, it is through sharing yoga that he chooses to continue to resist, to connect to rebuild... others.
