For A window against time, Claire Luna weaves three strands: a distance relative to the noises of the world - not to turn away from it, but to relate to it from another regime of attention, where calm becomes a position, crossed by intensities that are sometimes much more vivid; a displaced cohabitation - after six months of residence at the Drawing Factory, the artists partially move and live in the Drawing Hotel, whose lobby, patio, bookstore, circulation areas and basement accommodate forms which often infiltrate uses; a porosity between intimate and public - from the residence to the hotel, something persists and moves: ways of living, neighborhoods, passages, where the intimate is shared and the public is disturbed.
On the occasion of its first participation in Nuit Blanche, the Drawing Lab exceptionally opens its doors until 10 p.m. for a special evening around the exhibition A window against time.
At program: a renewed discovery of the exhibition with the activation of the installation Inlevarium by Camila Eslava as well as a new performance by Boryana Petkova imagined from one of the rooms of the Drawing Hotel.
