The level is general and covers the basic technique. Uninitiated people integrate by gradually discovering a new world while more accustomed students are looking more for a feeling and quality of movement. After an hour of preparation on the ground, the body is ready to tackle walking and all the movements that result from it. Next come repeated sequences or choreographic research in small groups.
